  I just called to inquire about childcare for my two year old and was basically told that because I have a biweekly rotating schedule at work (mon, Wed, Fri one week and tues, thurs, the opposite) they cannot accommodate that. So let me be clear... I cannot get childcare because I don't have a Mon thru Fri 7-3 desk job? Instead, I'm in a terrible bind and fighting to find excellent care for my daughter asap and I'm basically going to lose my job because this daycare cannot work with my scheduled days? Yet I was told maybe something would open up to better accommodate my schedule in the future. That certainly does absolutely nothing for me in my current situation. Being a healthcare worker is hard enough. Working twelve hours shifts is even harder. But what's hardest is having no job at all to provide for your children because daycares "cannot accommodate" our tough schedules. Well our tough schedules are what's giving you or your loved ones medicine, chemotherapy, dialysis, doc appts, blood work, xrays, ultrasounds, teeth cleanings, emergency surgery, rehab, nursing home care, life saving procedures. Maybe we should be less accommodating to you in your desperate time of need. And the topper to this all is how much you charge to NOT accommodate us.

  A safe secure environment with structured care and education. I really trust the staff with my two-and-a-half-year-old... and would recommend this place to anyone.

  The best childcare experience my daughter's and I have ever had! We love it here! Hopefully they will be able to attend this summer! Ms. Heather and Ms. Stephanie are always super welcoming with warm personalities! Mr. Steve is wonderful and all of the teachers I ever came in contact with were so pleasant with both the parents and children. The day plan for the children keeps their attention and keeps them active at learning! Last summer they had a soccer shots program, icee truck, water play days and a bunch of other fun activities! They also have interactive, fun, and educational activities such as music class, science experiments, art projects and much more! My daughter's loved to go everyday which was something rare for us. I would like to give a huge thank you to all of the staff at Lightbridge! Hope to see you all soon!
